The Executive MBA (EMBA) is considered the passport to a successful senior leadership career for practising managers. The EMBA is a partnership – you bring the experience, enthusiasm and know-how, and we give you the most up-to-date knowledge, tools and techniques. This allows you to become impactful organisational leaders, who demonstrate clarity of thinking, and a set of convictions underpinned by the principles of responsibility and sustainability.

Our innovative, intensive course prepares you for a wide range of challenges inherent in leading organisations, enabling you to see the interconnections of your actions. You will acquire the knowledge you need to work effectively at a senior, strategic management level, empowering organisations to achieve their objectives. The course is designed around three key themes, Leading with Purpose, Leading Agile Transformation and Building and Leading a Resilient Organisation.

The ability to personalise learning and to apply it directly to your organisation puts you at the heart of our learning model and ensures both you and your organisation benefit directly from your studies.
