Robotics Engineering prepares you for a fascinating and rewarding career, developing the electronic and mechanical engineering skills you’ll need to become a robotic engineer.

What you'll do
Our professional partners and collaborators include BAE Systems, CISCO, NASA, the NHS and North West Aerospace Alliance.
Our Engineering Innovation Centre enables you to work on real-world projects with commercial partners in state-of-the-art facilities.
You will study analogue and digital electronic systems, mechanics, robotics, mechatronics, microprocessors and microcontrollers, control systems, computer programming.
Future Careers
Robotics Engineering could lead to a career within the high-value manufacturing, industrial and commercial sectors, aerospace, the automotive industry, the Ministry of Defence and research development.
