Spanish

Spanish is the official language in 20 countries and is widely spoken in four more territories, including the United States.

While studying Spanish at the University of Edinburgh, you will be invited to explore the diverse cultures of Spain, Latin America and the Caribbean. Studied in historical contexts, you will be immersed in an extraordinary range of global:

You will specialise in international business in Year 2 and have a compulsory study year abroad in Year 3 at one of our international partner institutions in a Spanish-speaking country.
