During your time with us, you can apply to spend a Year in Industry. Placements are taken in third year, returning to campus after placement to complete final year. Students who apply for the standard three-year programme can swap to the Year in Industry programme once they arrive on campus in September.
This programme is available with either a Year in China or a Year Abroad. The Year in China offers undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). You can choose either the China Studies Track, where you will take courses from the China Studies Degree, the Creative Track, or the Entrepreneurship Track . XJTLU is a fully English-speaking university, located in Suzhou. The Year Abroad offers students the opportunity to spend a full academic year studying at one of our partner universities around the world, following a mixture of culture and/or discipline-related modules. If you wish to study this programme with a Year in China or a Year Abroad you will have the opportunity to apply after you arrive at Liverpool.

Pass relevant Access to HE Diploma with 45 Level 3 credits with 36 at Distinction and 9 at Merit.
34 points overall with no score less than 4 or Pass the IB diploma plus 6,6,5 in 3 HL subjects.
International Baccalaureate Mathematical Studies is not accepted for any Management School programme in lieu of GCSE Mathematics, or Higher Level Mathematics where this is a requirement.
Accepted including two A levels at AA
Applicants who offer the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and meet our offer criteria will be made the standard offer, plus an alternative offer. This will be at one A Level grade lower plus a grade A in the EPQ, for example the offer would be AAB or ABB plus A in the EPQ.
GCSE Mathematics at grade 5/C (C* for Northern Ireland CCEA board) and GCSE English at grade 4/C required. Applicants with equivalent qualifications and applicants who do not meet the GCSE English requirements will be considered on an individual basis according to their circumstances.
T level in Accounting and Finance considered on a case-by-case basis
