The one-year, full-time course is designed for those wishing to enter the field of sports coaching exercise science, and is geared towards a career in the fast growing sports industry. It builds on the relationship between theory and the practical application of sports coaching.
A key part of the course is the application of theory which can be utilised throughout various coaching placements. Students gain valuable and practical experiences in areas such as performance analysis, talent identification, sports rehabilitation and the application of sports coaching, which makes this an exciting and worthwhile course.
This course is continuously assessed using a range of methods, including coursework, assignments and practical observations.
