You can join our international hospitality business management top-up programme to earn a full degree. Over one year (or two with a placement), you’ll study a wide range of topics to prepare you for an exciting career in hospitality or tourism.
As well as building your knowledge of the sector and developing your business skills, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to gain practical experience. Many modules have a hands on approach and you can choose to go on a work placement after the course to put everything you’ve learned into practice.

The following entry points are available for this course:
BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Business Management (Top-Up) is a one-year Level 6 course. To be considered, you should normally have successfully completed one of the following:
A relevant Higher National Diploma (HND)
A relevant foundation degree
Level 5 (or equivalent) of a relevant undergraduate degree, to the equivalent of 240 CATS credits.

Tuition fees for the 2027/28 academic year are still being finalised for all courses.
The standard UK and Channel Islands full-time fee will be £10,050 in academic year 2027/28, subject to parliamentary approval.
