This is one of several subject combinations available in our Certificate of Higher Education in Computing & IT and a second subject (T13). In this certificate, you’ll combine technical computing skills with creative design thinking. You’ll explore user-centred design, digital technologies, and the impact of design on society. This qualification prepares you for roles that require both technical and creative expertise, such as digital design, user experience, or multimedia development. It also provides a strong foundation for further study in computing and design disciplines.

This computing and IT certificate has one stage, comprising 120 credits.
Stage 1: You’ll study two 30-credit fundamental computing & IT modules and one 60-credit design module that explores creativity and design thinking.
