Additional entry requirements
- Criminal records declaration (DBS/Disclosure Scotland)
- A PVG is required for this programme. The PVG process takes place during matriculation in August.
- Health checks
- An occupational health check is required.
- Interview
- Applicants will be required to take part in an interview. We will usually offer both online and on-campus interviews. If you do not respond to your invitation to interview your application will not be progressed any further.
- Other
- You must be 18 years old by 1st February 2027 to undertake the first year placement. We are unable to accept anyone who will not be 18 years old by this date onto the course and your application will be unsuccessful.
You are responsible for declaring any medical conditions that may affect your ability to register with the HCPC or drive emergency vehicles as per the DVLA website. Failure to declare this may impact placements and progression on the course.
English language requirements
IELTS with an overall score equivalent to 7.0 and with no individual component less than 6.5.
