In this HND/HTQ course, you will learn the latest construction methods, practical and theoretical skills, and work with modern technology and software used in the industry. You will study construction design projects, sustainability, off-site manufacturing, modern construction methods, cost control, building information modelling, digital applications, alternative energy principles, and tender and procurement processes. This course is part of the South Yorkshire Institute of Technology (SYIoT).

This Higher Technical Qualification is approved against occupational standards decided by employers.

Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Modern Methods of Construction
GCSE Maths at Grade 4/C or above
Prior experience of working in the Construction industry would be beneficial.
You will need to have a grade 4/C in English Language
