Course summary

Throughout this course you will learn about the entire food chain from plough to plate; whilst developing the knowledge and understanding required for a senior management role within the agricultural, agri-business or agri-food industries, in both a UK and global context. You will gain skills which give you the ability to tackle problems by collecting, analysing and evaluating information and using it to make sound decisions. Gaining a good appreciation of the environment, moral, ethical and legal issues relevant to the agricultural industry today will be evident throughout your learning as well as acquiring an insight into how agriculture interrelates with society.
