Pharmacology with Study in Industry

Course summary

This four-year degree is similar to the BSc Pharmacology (https://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/2026/pharmacology/bsc-pharmacology/) but gives you the opportunity to spend your third year gaining valuable experience in how pharmacology is related to the pharmaceutical and associated industries.

Placements are available by applying directly to providers in a competitive process facilitated by the University. Placements may be in major pharmaceutical companies and other health, biotech and research companies in the UK and abroad.

You can apply for this degree directly or transfer onto it from the BSc Pharmacology degree after the first year.
