The world of business is transforming. Industries, technologies, and the skills that leaders need are all in continual change. This course is designed to prepare you for that. Flexibility is at the heart of this course, which is structured to equip you with the key competencies every manager and leader will need. Every module includes a business partner coming in to input into the module or set a live brief - ensuring this isn’t just abstract knowledge, it’s understanding you can directly apply to real businesses. In your first two years, you’ll gain the deep understanding of business disciplines every leader needs, before specialising in your final year .
Assessments are practical and creative, helping you learn by doing. You’ll work on real-world tasks such as pitching ideas, developing business plans and producing professional reports, alongside more creative formats like podcasts, websites, magazine articles and live events.
The course recognises how creative businesses are evolving due to AI, and so as part of your learning and assessment, you’ll develop skills to use AI tools responsibly and effectively, supporting creativity, decision-making and problem-solving.
