What Will You Learn?
This degree focuses on the science and practice of coaching, physical education, and performance enhancement. You’ll learn how to plan and deliver coaching and physical education sessions in line with national standards, while developing confidence in using diverse teaching, learning, and coaching styles. The course also provides an in-depth understanding of physiological, psychological, and biomechanical theories and how these can be applied to improve performance.
