A level - AAB - ABB
Excluding General Studies. GCE AL Maths grade B and another science* subject at grade B. *Candidates may offer GCE AL Maths, Pure Maths or Further Maths
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - DDD - DDM
Applicants studying one of the following BTEC Extended Diplomas will be considered without an A Level Science subject, however A Level Maths Grade B is still required: Applied Science, Aeronautical Engineering, Building Services Engineering Construction and the Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Operations and Maintenance Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Sustainability.
Applicants studying any other BTEC Extended Diploma will be required to achieve grade B or above in A Level Maths and grade B in another A Level Science subject.
Access to HE Diploma - D: 24 credits M: 21 credits
Pass the HE to Access Diploma with 24 L3 credits at Distinction and 21 L3 credits at Merit Grade. This must include 12 L3 credits at Distinction Grade in Maths and 12 L3 credits at Distinction grade in another Science subject area.

Scottish Higher - AAABB - AABBB
Grade B or above in Mathematics, Pure Mathematics or Further Mathematics and grade B in another Science subject required.
Scottish Advanced Higher - ABB - BBB
Grade B or above in Mathematics, Pure Mathematics or Further Mathematics and grade B in another Science subject required.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme - 34 - 32 points
Applicants will be considered with IB 34-32 OR 665-655 in three Higher Level subjects. All applicants will be required to have Grade 5 in HL Maths (Analysis and approaches or Applications and interpretations) and another Science subject.
English language requirements
GCSE English Language with a minimum pass of Grade C or 4.
