Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere. The recent growth in generative AI tools has been labelled by some as the fourth industrial revolution. AI is now a fundamental technology that is transforming our everyday lives. Opportunities for professionals with in-depth AI skills and knowledge are truly vast. Our foundation degree is designed for students who have the capability to pursue a degree at Huddersfield but do not yet have the required qualifications. The foundation element lasts one year to bring you up-to-speed. If you pass, you’ll progress onto our BCS-accredited BSc(Hons) degree. Once on the full course you’ll enjoy the same benefits as our other students. These include a Common First Year, allowing you to experience all aspects of Computing before specialising in your chosen field.
