Course summary

This course gets you ready for leadership in today’s fast‑moving global economy. The foundation year is your first step, giving you the chance to build confidence in study skills, business basics and digital tools before moving on to the full degree. You’ll explore key ideas in management and problem‑solving, preparing you to succeed at university level.

Once you progress, you’ll dive into supply chain and project management in detail. You’ll learn how to design strong, flexible supply chains and create projects that are ethical and eco‑friendly. Alongside this, you’ll build digital skills in data analytics, IoT and AI, and explore modern industry practices like automation, machine learning, big data and simulation.

You’ll also work with industry partners on live projects, solving real business challenges and building practical experience. By the time you graduate, you’ll be ready to step into the workplace as a confident, adaptable professional who can lead projects and drive change.

Modules

This forward-looking interdisciplinary degree equips you to become a strategic leader in supply chain and project management. You will build a strong foundation in core business principles before specialising in the interconnected fields of supply chain management and project delivery.

The curriculum is designed around real-world applications. You will tackle live industry briefs, use data analytics tools like Power BI and big data analytics to solve problems and explore how digital transformation and sustainability are reshaping global logistics. A key feature is the emphasis on developing your professional skills at every level, ensuring you graduate career-ready.

We use different assessment techniques in different modules and try to ensure all assessments reflect the types of work you will do after graduating. This may include portfolio work, presentations, coursework and practical projects.
