Course summary

The Foundation Degree in Children, Young People and Society is a two year full-time higher education course which aims to give students the required theory and knowledge to work with children and young people as well as the necessary practical skills and attitudes. The course leads to a Foundation Degree qualification validated by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Successful completion of the degree may lead to progression to many higher degrees or to further professional training, eg. social work, teacher training, nursing.
