Overview
Developed in collaboration with some of the world’s most distinguished hospitality partners, this intensive and highly practical course aims to shape you into an experienced hospitality professional – confident to serve, manage and lead in the luxury space.
This course has been purpose-built to address the unique challenges and opportunities presented at the forefront of this industry. You’ll join intensive labs and placements and explore all aspects of luxury hospitality and business – from operations and organisational development to accounting, marketing, safety and guest experience.
You’ll experience hands-on learning throughout, with opportunities to visit and work at some of London's most prestigious properties – applying your skills practically while developing your emotional, cultural and institutional intelligence, as well as your network of contacts. As your confidence grows, so will your ability to exercise judgements, take risks, handle crises and adapt to change.
With luxury business, financial and hospitality hubs directly on your doorstep, you’ll have unparalleled access to exciting brands and businesses (including restaurants and hotels) and constant exposure to industry networks and exclusive opportunities.

Foundation option
In the integrated foundation year, you'll gain a solid grounding in academic principles and skills. Building upon this foundation, you'll be well prepared to go on to develop specialist knowledge in your chosen course.
It's structured around discipline knowledge, with extra modules that introduce you to the transferable skills you'll need at degree level and beyond – giving you a solid grounding in liberal arts principles and skills.
Once you've successfully completed your Foundation year, you'll be able to progress to any of our business, social sciences, humanities or media undergraduate courses.
Building on this foundation, you’ll develop specialist knowledge in your chosen course.
