Study our BA (Hons) International Business degree to learn the analytical, strategic and leadership skills needed to innovate in international businesses.
Our course is co-designed with industry experts to give you the skills, insight and experience needed to be a leader in businesses that operate across borders.
Our Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade (CIEIT) accredited course means you will graduate with a professionally recognised degree. You'll also have CIEIT student membership while you study. This membership provides you with networking opportunities and resources throughout your studies.
You will explore a number of international business topics, such as:
Strategy
Culture
Innovation in international settings.
Through case studies and industry insight, you’ll learn to manage cross-border operations, develop international markets and navigate global trade. You’ll develop the skills to lead diverse teams, solve problems and make ethical decisions in a fast-changing global economy. The course will also build your commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
You’ll apply your learning through live projects, real-world business challenges and hands-on experiences. These practical exercises prepare you to lead with confidence in global business environments.
To prepare you for the job market, you’ll take part in an assessment centre experience. This experience will help you understand current recruiting techniques within the industry.
You’ll earn digital micro-credentials from industry leaders like Microsoft, Google, and LinkedIn. These enhance your CV and allow you to deep dive into the areas of international business you are most interested in.
