Is this course for you?

You’ll spend the first year gaining an important foundation in all aspects of international business management, including micro and macro-economics, quantitative analysis, global business and sustainability, human resources, finance and business performance. Then from year two, you can continue on a general pathway or choose a more specialist route that combines International Business Management with: Economics, Finance or Supply Chain and Logistics.

How you will learn

We offer a rich combination of interactive lectures, expert speakers, problem-solving seminars, group projects, case study analysis and computer lab work. You could find yourself creating strategy documents, producing international business reports, delivering presentations, devising videos, or analysing global markets.

Opportunities and experiences

A highlight is that you can study abroad for a semester in the second year and gain valuable experience of another culture. You’ll also get to use our Financial Markets Lab, which gives you access to the same information and technology used by financial professionals all over the world.

This degree is accredited by both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). These are important quality marks and enable you to gain professional membership and professional qualifications faster.
