Mae'r BA Cymraeg, Cyfryngau a Chysylltiadau Cyhoeddus yn cynnig cyfle unigryw i astudio'r Gymraeg ochr yn ochr â damcaniaeth ac ymarfer y cyfryngau a chysylltiadau cyhoeddus. Mae'r rhaglen ryngddisgyblaethol hon yn ymateb i dirwedd gyfathrebu ddwyieithog sy'n datblygu'n gyflym, gan ddathlu cyfoeth yr iaith Gymraeg a'i diwylliant mewn cyd-destun byd-eang.

Byddwch yn archwilio egwyddorion ac arferion cysylltiadau cyhoeddus, y cyfryngau a ffilm, gan ennill craffter beirniadol a phrofiad ymarferol. Mae'r cwrs yn cyfuno damcaniaeth â dysgu ymarferol, gan roi cyfleoedd i chi greu cynnwys a datblygu syniadau bob blwyddyn. Byddwch chi'n defnyddio offer sy'n dylanwadu ar gysylltiadau cyhoeddus modern - marchnata dylanwadwyr, creu cynnwys, dadansoddeg cyfryngau cymdeithasol, arfer moesegol a chyfrifoldeb cymdeithasol - gan feithrin sgiliau i reoli enw da ar-lein ac arwain ymgyrchoedd digidol.

Mae'r gydran Gymraeg yn cynnig ymagwedd ffres ar iaith, llenyddiaeth a chymdeithas, ac mae'r gydran hon wedi'i rhannu’n dair thema: Creadigrwydd, Cyflogadwyedd a'r Gymraeg yn y Gymdeithas. Byddwch hefyd yn ystyried y Gymraeg mewn cyd-destun rhyngwladol, a fydd yn eich annog i fyfyrio ar amlddiwylliannaeth, amrywiaeth ieithyddol a rôl y Gymraeg mewn byd sy'n newid.

Mae modiwlau sy'n canolbwyntio ar yrfaoedd a phrosiectau ar gyfer y byd go iawn yn eich paratoi chi ar gyfer amgylcheddau gwaith dwyieithog a gyrfaoedd mewn diwydiannau creadigol, cysylltiadau cyhoeddus, addysg, cyhoeddi, darlledu a gwasanaethau cyhoeddus. Mae dysgu mewn grwpiau bach a chymorth personol yn creu ymdeimlad cryf o gymuned.

Byddwch yn graddio fel ymarferwr adfyfyriol hyblyg - yn rhugl yn y Gymraeg, yn llythrennog yn y cyfryngau ac yn barod i greu cynnwys cymhellol ar draws platfformau digidol.

Beth am ehangu eich profiad â Blwyddyn Dramor neu Flwyddyn mewn Diwydiant? Gallwch dreulio amser yn astudio dramor neu ennill profiad gwaith â thâl (cyflog cyfartalog o dros £20,000), gan roi hwb i'ch sgiliau a'ch cyflogadwyedd.

Ym Mlwyddyn 1, byddwch fel arfer yn astudio meysydd gan gynnwys: Sgiliau Beirniadol; Meistroli’r Iaith; Cyflwyniad i Astudiaethau Ffilm; Cysylltiadau Cyhoeddus: Cyfathrebu Strategol; Platfformau Cyfryngau Creadigol.

Ym Mlwyddyn 2, byddwch fel arfer yn astudio meysydd gan gynnwys: Y Gweithle Dwyeithog; Creu Cynnwys Digidol; Cyfathrebu Digidol; Llygad y Gwir – Archwilio Dogfen.

Ym Mlwyddyn 3, byddwch fel arfer yn astudio meysydd gan gynnwys: Cyfieithu; Cynllunio Cynhyrchiad Aml-blatfform; Creu Cynhyrchiad Aml-Blatfform.

Extended Project

We recognise the EPQ as an excellent indicator of success.

If you are predicted a Grade B or above in the EPQ, you will receive an offer with a one
grade reduction, to include your EPQ with a grade B.
