Course summary

This course will lay the foundations of Leadership and Management by providing a broad introduction to business and different business functions. Learners will gain a wide range of business knowledge tied to practical skills gained through research, independent study, directed study and workplace scenarios. By the end of the course learners will have a sound knowledge of the basic concepts of Leadership and Management. Developing and strengthening core skills while preparing learners for study at level 5 or to enter employment.
