Our Business Management with Human Resources degree offers the potential for you to gain a thorough understanding of how businesses operate and manage their best asset – their employees.
The contemporary business world is complex, and our curriculum reflects this. We will provide you with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of business management by focusing on key areas such as marketing, strategy, and business operations. You will evaluate different leadership styles and management practices that impact organisational culture and operations, employee experience and performance. To develop your human resource management expertise and prepare you for employment, you will explore topics including talent management, employee relations, reward management, strategic human resources practices, and learn to use industry-standard tools and techniques.
