In the BA Film Studies component, students examine the diverse histories, theories, and practices of cinema, focusing on how film functions as a powerful medium for storytelling and cultural expression. The curriculum encourages critical analysis of films from various genres and regions, exploring their societal impact and the ways they reflect and shape cultural identities. Students engage with a broad spectrum of cinematic works, from classic films to contemporary cinema, gaining insights into the role of film in a digital age.
