Modules

• Year one: Introduction to Social Work, Contemporary Issues in Social Work, Law and Policy for Social Work, Skills for Social Work, Human Growth and Development, and Theories and Interventions 1.

• Year two: First Placement, Research Methods in Social Work, Theories and Interventions 2, Social Work with Adults, and Social Work with Children and Families.

• Year three: Developing Skills and Competencies in Social Work Practice, Final Placement, Skills 3

Assessment method

Assessment methods will vary and include written assignments, assessment of practice, a poster, and an 'open book' exam.
