Why Architecture?
Our ARB-accredited Architecture degree will inspire you to challenge perceptions, bring your imagination to life, and become a future-focused design creative. You’ll explore the history of art and architecture, visual and spatial design, materiality, construction, ethics, economics, and digital communication. The course embeds design, technology, and sustainability, with projects ranging from micro architectural objects to complex resilient super cities. You’ll have access to 3D printing, digital design, laser cutting, VR, and a dedicated model-making workshop. This course combines creative studio time with lectures and seminars for a balanced practical and theoretical experience.

Fully accredited by the Architects Registration Board until May 2027, the course leads to Part 1 Prescription, enabling progression toward registration. Gloucestershire’s urban and rural settings provide historic and contemporary precedents, and industry links, live challenges, internships, and employability workshops help you graduate ready for a professional role.
