Course summary

Become a professional from day one. Step into the world of law, challenge ideas, and shape justice with an LLB that opens doors to legal careers and beyond.
Law is respected, influential, and intellectually challenging. It sharpens your thinking, strengthens your voice, and gives you the confidence to stand your ground.

On our LLB (Hons) Law degree, you’ll explore the systems, structures, and principles that shape everyday life. You’ll question them, challenge them, and learn how to apply them to legal practice.

As part of this course, you’ll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the legal systems, rules, and practices that regulate society

  • Explore commercial and social relationships through a legal lens

  • Analyse and challenge contemporary legal issues

  • Build strategic solutions to complex legal problems

  • Communicate with clarity, authority, and confidence using precise legal language

  • Gain sought-after transferable skills, such as communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning, that employers value across sectors

Whether you see yourself in court, business, government, or shaping policy, you’ll graduate ready to make your mark, in one of the largest legal centres outside London.
