Our Economics & Management BSc provides you with a broad-ranging course covering the fundamentals of these influential fields and offering an ideal platform for careers in business, finance, government and the third sector. You will learn how consumers, firms and governments make decisions that determine how resources are allocated, and about the effective use and coordination of labour. Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)

Access to HE Diploma - D: 39 credits M: 6 credits P: 0 credits
Access to Social Sciences/Humanities (or similar subject) Diploma must be 60 credits in total including Mathematics and either of social science or humanities topics (excluding Modern Languages).
Scottish Higher - AAB
Must be a combination of three Scottish Highers and two Scottish Advanced Highers. We do not count the Higher and Advanced Higher in the same subject.
Scottish Advanced Higher - AA
Must be combined with three Scottish Highers and include grade A in Advanced Higher Mathematics and grade A in a Higher or Advanced Higher humanities or social science subject (excluding Modern Languages). We do not count the Higher and Advanced Higher in the same subject.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme - 38 points
38 points overall or an aggregate score of 19 from three Higher Levels. Must include grade 6 in Higher Level Mathematics in addition to grade 6 in a Higher Level Humanities or Social Science subject (excluding Modern Languages).

The total point score of 38 includes TOK/EE.
Note: IB students studying the new Mathematics curriculum would be required to study either Mathematics - Analysis and Approaches or Mathematics - Applications and Interpretation at Higher Level to meet the Mathematics subject requirement for this programme

All International applicants to Undergraduate programmes are required to pay a deposit of £2,000 against their first year’s tuition fee. This deposit is payable when you firmly accept an unconditional offer to study with us, and will be offset against your tuition fees when you join King’s.
