A 3-YEAR DEGREE PROGRAMME, WITH AN OPTIONAL 4-WEEK FILM PROJECT IN MEXICO.
The Raindance Film School’s BA (Hons) in Film and Performing Arts Practices is a three-year practical course accredited by Pearson and De Montfort University. Designed for aspiring and experienced practitioners, the program allows students to elevate their academic or professional experience in producing, directing, screenwriting, or acting to a BA level.
Students will complete a Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) in the pathway of their choice during the first two years (validated by Pearson), followed by our BA (Hons) Top-Up degree, validated by De Montfort University. A standout feature of the programme is the opportunity to undertake a four-week film project at our campus in Mexico.

Assessment 2: Creative Project (35 Credits)
In this unit, you will respond to a given brief by applying contextual knowledge and professional practices to develop and deliver a creative project. MODULE 4: FINAL PROJECT – FILM PRACTICES (45 CREDITS)
This is your chance to create a professional- grade film, performance, screenplay, or production package. Your final project will serve as a portfolio piece suitable for film festivals, online platforms, or professional submissions—helping you take the next step into the industry.
