BSc Psychology (Sport and Health) (with Foundation Year) explores how psychological principles shape behaviour in sport, physical health, and mental wellbeing. The foundation year is designed for students who want to build their academic skills and confidence before progressing to degree-level study.
You will develop a strong understanding of core psychology alongside specialist areas in sport and health, applying scientific knowledge to real-world contexts.
