This Higher National Diploma (HND) follows the Year 1 and Year 2 curriculum of the Law and Practice LLB (Hons) degree course.

The HND aims to encourage you to think practically in the field of law, applying legal rules and principles to real-world scenarios while identifying and evaluating key issues. The second year aims to enable you to acquire and develop the essential skills of identifying issues, practical legal research, writing and drafting
