About the course
BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management focuses on how organisations manage, develop and support their people in a changing workplace. You’ll explore the strategic and operational role of HR within modern organisations, including how employment practices shape performance, wellbeing and organisational culture.
This course is designed for students who want to build a career in human resources, people management or business, as well as those interested in ethical, legal and inclusive workplace practices.

What you’ll study
