The course provides a balanced approach, combining employability skills, professional behaviours, and academic knowledge essential for either direct employment or further academic study.

We work closely with local employers and offer real-world learning opportunities, including live projects, professional briefs, and guest speakers from organisations such as Wiltshire Police and the Local Skills Improvement Partnership.

You’ll gain a strong foundation in the principles of sustainability, the business environment, leadership and management, and corporate governance and ethics. The course blends theory with hands-on learning to ensure you graduate with practical, job-ready skills.

Teaching includes a range of methods—practical activities, real-life case studies, and interactive learning—designed to bring your studies to life.
In Year 1, you’ll build a strong foundation in sustainability, leadership, business environments, and ethical governance. As you progress into Year 2, you’ll explore organisational behaviour, CSR, and change management, while developing your research and strategic planning skills.
