This flexible course shares a common first year with our BSc Economics degree, which means you can switch direction according to your interests in the second year.

Where could this take me?
With a Business Economics degree, entering the Government Economic Service, the UK’s principal employer of economists, is a solid career route. You could also work for economic consultancies or trade representative bodies such as the CBI.
Previous graduates have found employment with firms like Hull Trains, RWE, Npower, IBM, Young’s Seafood, BAE Systems, Deutsche Börse Group, and Airbus.
