Our Master of Business Administration with Professional Experience is a distinctive two-year course that combines academic study with extended professional practice. Alongside completing the same modules as our one-year MBA, you’ll undertake a substantial work placement or internship of at least 500 hours, gaining valuable real-world insight and connections.
This innovative course is designed for ambitious professionals and recent graduates ready to fast-track into management. Unlike many MBAs, you don’t need years of experience – we’ll help you start your leadership journey early.
You’ll graduate with holistic business knowledge and digital expertise, setting you apart in a competitive job market. Employers demand adaptable, multi-skilled graduates with a big-picture approach, able to innovate, lead teams and create solutions in a fast-changing world.
At Westminster Business School, we’ll equip you with the technical and personal skills to thrive as a responsible, resilient and versatile leader. Through interdisciplinary modules spanning innovation, design thinking, sustainability, management complexity, data and finance, you’ll apply learning to live projects and business problems. Alongside academic rigour and stimulating teaching, you’ll develop creativity, agility and critical thinking.
With a strong focus on digital transformation, we’ll explore technologies shaping business today, from AI and big data to blockchain and AR/VR, helping you develop the insight to lead teams and drive change wherever you work.
Our graduates go on to management and leadership roles across corporates, start-ups, SMEs, the public sector and non-profits worldwide.
Please note that students enrolled on the MBA with Professional Experience will not be able to transfer to the one-year MBA.
