You will learn to design, co-ordinate and implement the complete employment cycle from recruitment, selection, performance management to employee exits and dismissals in a fair way. We do this through a good understanding of people and their motivations and by using the best evidence to ensure we make the correct decisions about how people work together for business success. We focus on doing things right and doing the right thing, with an emphasis on sustainability, our global world, and ways of achieving a more representative workforce.

Cutting-edge topics such as sustainability and ethics, along with wellbeing and equality, diversity, and inclusion, will enable you to develop a career in human resources where you can really make an impact.
