Our MA Childhood Studies programme offers an interdisciplinary exploration of childhood in contemporary society. It will equip you with the knowledge and critical skills to support children and families across diverse settings.
Through a blend of theory, policy, and practice, you will examine; child health and development, play, children’s rights, and the social, cultural, political and education contexts that shape childhood. The programme fosters reflective practice and research skills, preparing graduates for roles in children services including education, social care and policy. With flexible learning options and a strong research foundation, it supports both professional development and academic progression.
