What Will You Learn?
This degree focuses on injury prevention, primary healthcare, and lifestyle management for a variety of clients, from elite athletes to special populations. You’ll develop the skills to provide immediate care for acute injuries and illnesses, devise strategies to reduce injury risk, and evaluate individual health to implement evidence-based therapeutic and exercise interventions.
You’ll gain knowledge of risk management, injury prevention programs, and the nutritional requirements of physically active individuals. The course also explores the psychological, social, and physical behaviors of athletes, enabling you to design safe and effective training programs tailored to clients’ cultural and social backgrounds.
Accredited by BASRaT (The British Association of Sport Rehabilitators), this program ensures you meet professional standards and provides access to an international network of skilled practitioners. Practical studies are conducted on campus and at StoneX Stadium, alongside 400 hours of clinical practice to prepare you for a successful career in sports rehabilitation.
