MA/MSc Computing and Creative Industry (Modular) is a modular programme that enables you to study units from across the Creative Computing Institute (CCI) post graduate courses in a combination that suits you. For example, units available with this course come from MSc Creative Computing, MSc Data Science and the Creative Industries and MA Internet Equalities. This means you are able select that specific areas of study that interest you and tailor your post graduate experience at the CCI to support your career aspirations.

The name of this award reflects that three core areas of study across the CCI that are available to you to choose to study: Creativity, Computing and Industry. The study of creativity is available within practice-based project units where you apply computing skills to produced innovative creative outcomes. The study of Computing is available in units that target specific technologies such as machine leaning or natural language processing with common programming languages such as Python. The study of Industry is available within units that explore practical and critical concepts related to the social phenomena of computing and its impact on the ethical dimensions of products, services and culture. With the ability to select units of study across this range you are able to take account of your individual level technical ability, desire for critical engagement and your intended graduate path.
