Course summary

Graduate as a creative and strategic professional with a Digital Marketing degree from LTU. We worked with employers to develop this course to make sure you've got the digital marketing skills needed to succeed in your career.

You'll explore the psychology of online influence, learn about branding and strategy, and create media ranging from videos to websites to memes.

Use real-life client briefs to explore the latest tools for social and online media creation, data analytics and digital marketing management.

You'll make creative content using audio, video, infographics, memes, copy and websites, but also understand where it fits in the customer journey. You'll use tools and techniques for search engine optimisation and learn how to prove your marketing ideas are working through data analytics. We’ll help you to become both an independent professional and a team player.

You'll pitch and present as part of a team, and start your own social media channels, growing your own audience and influence online to put theory into practice.

Professional work placements
We have strong links with key employers including the BBC, ITV, marketing, digital marketing and social media companies and advertising agencies. You will create real digital marketing campaigns as part of your assessed work and build your portfolio, knowledge and the attitude needed to meet the demanding needs of this fast-changing industry.

You’ll graduate ready for a career as a digital marketing professional in a wide range of organisations. You’ll also be well-qualified for creative media roles, as well as freelance and entrepreneurial opportunities.
