This is an industry-recognised qualification that provides you with the academic preparation you need for a career as a chartered builder. It is a fully supported online programme with great flexibility to earn while you learn, giving you the ability to study anywhere in the world.

This programme provides the academic underpinning and skills necessary to prepare you for a career as a construction manager up to Bachelor’s degree standard. You will have the flexibility to study either a part-time or full time option.

This programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), The Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
