With an integrated foundation year, this course gives you the time and support to build your confidence before moving on to degree-level study.

You’ll develop a strong grounding in the key ideas behind modern economics, while building the academic, numerical and digital skills you’ll need for the rest of your course. From there, you’ll explore how economics shapes the decisions made by businesses, governments and individuals — and how those decisions play out in the real world.

You’ll put theory into practice, analyse global markets in our Bloomberg Business Lab, and build the judgement to make sharper business and policy decisions. Whether you want to work in finance, government, consultancy or a wider business role, this course gives you the knowledge, confidence and practical experience to get started.
