What topics does the qualification cover?
Contribute to the Development of a Strategic Plan
Demonstrate your contributions to strategic planning within your organisation, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and resource constraints.Analyse and evaluate strategic planning models, analytical techniques, business strategy approaches, factors affecting strategic plans, scanning tools for strategy development, and the relationship between strategic intentions, choice, and formulation.
Design Business Processes
Complete a SWOT and PESTEL analysis of current processes, evaluate improvements and constraints, and develop systems for capturing information.Evaluate workflow patterns, business process modelling tools, and factors impacting business process efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage Strategic Change
Using work-based examples, describe the change management model used, analyse stakeholder mapping techniques, develop a stakeholder engagement plan, assess reasons for change, evaluate internal and external influences, and identify implications on knowledge management systems and operational plans.
