Course summary
Our BSc Real Estate with Foundation degree gives you an understanding of the breadth and depth of the property sector and allows you to make specialist choices later in the course.
The foundation year will provide you with the skills and knowledge to succeed at university. You’ll develop core skills in academic study, writing and research. After successful completion of your foundation year, you’ll progress onto our three-year BSc Real Estate degree. Your learning will be delivered through a combination of lectures, tutorials, practical classes and workshops.
This programme has full accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
