This one-year BSc (Hons) Integrated Health, Social Care and Wellbeing (Top-Up) is designed for anyone who has previously studied a relevant / related subject, up to Level 5. The course is designed to expands upon your current knowledge and understanding of the health, social care, and wellbeing sector, by now considering the industry from a different perspective. The modules are designed for you to reflect on your own leadership styles and qualities and review your current practice. Explore international healthcare and consider how we could implement positive changes in your own area of practice. This final year will prepare you to adapt to the ongoing changes happening in this dynamic sector.
Applicants must be working in a Health Care setting and should have been employed within that setting for at least two years. Applicants must be involved in at least 12 hours / week of activity within the setting.
Applicants must have a current and valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) report.

You will study a variety of modules on the course that are designed to reflect the diverseness of the sector and the experience of those accessing the course, this will include:
• Leadership Practice in the Health and Social Care Setting
• Implementing a Change Project in the Workplace
• International Healthcare
• Research with Service Users and Families
It can be essays and reports, presentations, professional discussions, working from case studies, critical reviews, health campaigns , business plans and creative training packages.
