A deep and specialist understanding of engineering unlocks a world of different opportunities. At Swansea University there is plenty of choice when it comes to engineering degrees.
You can choose to concentrate your interest in a number of fields from aerospace, civil and chemical engineering, to electrical, materials science, mechanical and medical.
If you do not have typical entry qualifications or are unsure which discipline of engineering is right for you, this foundation year will help you to find out.
The integrated Engineering Foundation Year programme can lead to any full engineering degree. It is not a qualification in its own right, but the first year of a four-year BEng degree.
As you progress, your developing analytical abilities will combine with hands-on experience of state-of-the-art equipment, establishing skills which are vital to securing employment in the wider industry.
