Course summary

Acting and Performance at Huddersfield is a production-based course for those that wish to create their own performances and workshops through acting or directing.

75%-90% of graduates from this course are in work and/or further study 15 months after graduating (Unistats 21/22 data), too.

If you’re keen to further your acting studies post-secondary school, our Acting and Performance BA(Hons), this could be the course for you. You may go into contemporary theatre or find yourself writing for theatre productions.

Stage production is also another viable career option, and past students have gone on to appear in films, television, touring theatre productions, teaching, and running their own performance companies. Following her acting degree, former alumni Natalie Galvin secured roles in prominent TV shows, including Line of Duty and Gentleman Jack.
