Why this course?
• Business Enterprise is about the creation of wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change.
• This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions
• Study in an accredited centre for the teaching of Human Resource Management.
• HRM is about the relationship between employers and employees and the ways in which people are managed in the workplace.
• This covers areas such as recruitment and selection, training and developing and managing conflict at work. These are an important part of the management process in all organisations.
