What you will study
On our Nutritional Medicine masters course, you’ll develop a critical and scholarly approach to theory, practice, literature and research findings.
You’ll study topics such as nutrition across the life course, lipids, dietary minerals, nutritional epidemiology, food allergy and intolerance. You’ll also have optional modules to choose from on topics including antioxidants and phytoprotectants; diet, brain and behaviour; and nutrition and exercise for health and sports performance.
You’ll complete a research dissertation that will allow you to carry out studies on important topics in the field. We’ll match your interests with the expertise of our researchers, ensuring you get the best support.
