Ar y radd hon, byddwch yn dod yn ymarferydd blynyddoedd cynnar medrus iawn. Byddwch yn ennill Statws Ymarferydd Blynyddoedd Cynnar (SYBC) cymwysedig, gan ennill profiad seiliedig ar waith ymarferol wedi’i gyfuno â gwybodaeth ddamcaniaethol a pholisi sy’n ofynnol ar gyfer ymarfer effeithiol yn y blynyddoedd cynnar, gan gynnwys rheoli lleoliadau blynyddoedd cynnar.

Rydym yn cynnig rhaglen radd BA (Anrh) arloesol mewn Addysg Blynyddoedd Cynnar ac Ymarfer Proffesiynol sy’n cynnig ystod amrywiol o fodiwlau ymarfer a theori perthnasol.

Elfen sylfaenol o’r radd arloesol hon yw’r profiad ymarferol wedi’i asesu y byddwch yn ei gwblhau er mwyn ennill SYBC. Mae hyn yn cynnwys lleoliad yn ystod pob blwyddyn o astudio mewn amrywiaeth o leoliadau perthnasol megis ystafelloedd dosbarth y Cyfnod Sylfaen, meithrinfeydd preifat, canolfannau plant ac ysgolion cynradd.

Byddwch yn treulio amser yn ein darpariaeth Ysgol Goedwig ar y campws, lle byddwchyn gallu cael profiad uniongyrchol o gyfleoedd dysgu awyr agored i blant y blynyddoeddcynnar. Wrth gwblhau'r radd, byddwch hefyd yn gallu cyflawni cymwysterau ychwanegol, gan wella eich sgiliau cyflogadwyedd. Dyma'r Wobr Lefel 2 Chwarae Cymru mewn Ymarfer Gwaith Chwarae (L2APP) a'r Dystysgrif Lefel 5 mewn Arweinyddiaeth a Rheolaeth sy'n cael ei chymeradwyo gan y Sefydliad Arweinyddiaeth a Rheolaeth.

Yn ystod y radd, cewch eich addysgu gan academyddion gweithgar ym maes ymchwil ac arbenigwyr blynyddoedd cynnar, gan gynnwys darlithwyr gwadd o leoliadau cysylltiedig, megis Chwarae Cymru a Tŷ Hafan, i ddarparu cyfleoedd addysgu a dysgu ychwanegol.

Trwy ennill gradd sydd ar flaen y gad o ran newidiadau yn y sector, bydd eich cymhwyster yn cael ei werthfawrogi’n fawr gan ddarpar gyflogwyr yn y maes hwn. Mae’r radd hon hefyd yn darparu sylfeini cadarn ar gyfer ystod o yrfaoedd cysylltiedig fel gwaith cymorth i deuluoedd, iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol a gwaith cymunedol.

  • BA (Anrh) Addysg Gynnar ac Ymarfer Proffesiynol gydag SYBC (Dwyieithog)

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:

104 points with a minimum of two H2 grades. Minimum grade H4 considered within points

GCSE/National 4/National 5

Five GCSEs at grade C or above/grade 4 or above to include English Language and Maths. For Welsh applicants we will accept either GCSE Mathematics or Mathematics-Numeracy. Five Scottish National 5 subjects at grade C or above to include English Language and Maths.
